Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Co-Create Innovation Hub's services, website, or facilities, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Description
Co-Create Innovation Hub provides coworking space, private offices, meeting rooms, and related services. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Open coworking workspace access
- Dedicated desk memberships
- Private office rentals
- Conference room bookings
- Event space rentals
- Amenities such as WiFi, printing, and refreshments
Membership and Payments
Membership Terms
Memberships are offered on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise specified. Membership fees are due at the beginning of each billing period and are non-refundable.
Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time with 30 days' written notice. Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Payment
We accept major credit cards and ACH payments. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for all applicable fees. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
Use of Facilities
Conduct
All members and guests must:
- Treat other members, staff, and property with respect
- Maintain a professional work environment
- Keep noise levels appropriate for a shared workspace
- Clean up after themselves in common areas
- Follow all posted rules and staff instructions
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are prohibited:
- Illegal activities of any kind
- Harassment or discrimination
- Excessive noise or disruptive behavior
- Smoking or vaping inside the facility
- Bringing pets (except service animals)
- Subletting or sharing access credentials
- Using the space for purposes other than professional work
Access and Security
Members are responsible for their access credentials and must not share them with others. Lost or stolen credentials should be reported immediately. We reserve the right to monitor facility access for security purposes.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Co-Create Innovation Hub or our content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Limitation of Liability
Co-Create Innovation Hub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Personal Property
Co-Create Innovation Hub is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property left on the premises. Members are encouraged to secure their belongings and not leave valuable items unattended.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Co-Create Innovation Hub, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify members of material changes via email or by posting a notice at our facility. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pope County, Arkansas.
